  • $5 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $75!
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours.
  • FREE local pickup is available in Mount Sterling (Choose option at checkout.)

  • We gladly accept returns, The item must be in original condition, free of smoke or pet hair, stains and unwashed/unworn. If you no longer want the item, we will offer store credit. Simply Shiloh must receive the item within 14 days of delivery,  if you would like to return/ exchange. Recipient of the item is responsible for return shipping. All sale items are final sale. Local pick ups will have 16 days from purchase date to return items.
  • Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Items sell out quickly, so we cannot promise an exchange can be made. If we have the item in stock in the size you need we suggest purchasing that size and returning the incorrect size. We will refund your store credit on your account once we receive the item.
  • If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please let us know as soon as you find it, please include a picture of the damage. We are not responsible for any items that become damaged after they are worn, as there is no way for us to verify that the care instructions have been followed. For longevity of your new garment follow the care instructions on the tag.
  • We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address, please verify your address at checkout. Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
